OFFICIAL RULES: MENTOR SERIES TRAVEL PHOTO Contest

The MENTOR SERIES TRAVEL PHOTO Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored

by POPULAR PHOTOGRAPHY magazine, a publication of Boier Corporation

(“Sponsor”).

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: (1) one domestic photo workshop for one person in

2016 which includes the workshop fee, airfare and lodging (approx. value $2550)

and (1) one Nikon prize: AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.4G lens (value $400)

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply; void where prohibited.

PRIZES MAY BE SUBJECT TO TAX; ALL APPLICABLE TAXES ARE THE

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to individuals, eighteen (18) years or

older at time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States and Canada,

excluding the Province of Quebec. Employees of Boier Corporation and its

parent companies, subsidiaries or agents, their immediate families (defined as

parents, children, siblings, spouse and grandparents), and those domiciled with

any of the foregoing are not eligible.

ENTRY: All entrants must submit a photo of a travel destination and post it to

their public Instagram or Twitter account using the hashtag #lovementorseries.

All information provided by entrant must be complete, true and correct.

Submissions to the Contest must be posted between May 1, 2016 at 12:01 a.m.

Easte Time (“ET”) and July 1, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. ET in order to be eligible;

entries received after that date will be deemed ineligible to win. All submitted

entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or

retued; Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete,

damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries. Each entry must be submitted on an

individual basis (i.e., no team, joint, or corporate entries) and all components of

the entry must be the original creation of the submitting participant. Only non-

commercial work may be submitted. Entries may not contain profanity, nudity,

poographic images, violent images, anti-competition messages, illegal material,

or material that violates the rights of third parties. Entries may not include

confidential information, trade secrets, trademarks or copyrighted material

belonging to any person or entity other than the entrant absent a suitable license

or permission agreement, proof of which is required. Entries containing any

forbidden matter or material otherwise deemed by Sponsor to be inappropriate

will be disqualified. Online entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized

account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. One entry per

person; multiple entries will be disqualified. By entering, you agree to be bound

by these Official Rules, and that the decision of Sponsor as to the wier(s) is

final and binding in all respects.

JUDGING: A team from Popular Photography will select the top images and a

gallery will be created allowing people to vote on their favorite photo.

Mechanically reproduced or potentially fraudulent votes, as determined by

Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be discarded and may result in the

disqualification of the entry. In the event of a tie, Popular Photography editors

will select the wiing entry based equally upon the criteria of originality, skill,

and relevance. Potential wier selection will be completed by July 8, 2016, and

potential wiers will be notified by email on or before July 11, 2016. Sponsor

reserves the right not to select any wiing submissions based upon the quantity

or content of submissions. Potential wiers may be required to sign and retu

a swo Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release. If required

documentation is not retued within seven (7) business days of notification, or if

notification is retued as undeliverable, any prize will be forfeited and an

alteate wier will be selected.

PRIZE AWARDS: Prizes will be awarded within sixty (60) days after wier

verification. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted, except that Sponsor

reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including cash,

for any reason. Sponsor is required by law to report prize values to taxing

authorities; all taxes and any other incidental expenses on prizes are the sole

responsibility of each wier.

GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS: By entering, you represent that: (i) your

entry is your own original work; and (ii) you own or have the rights to convey any

and all right and title in any material submitted as part of your entry into the

Contest; (iii) the entry has not been published or submitted to any other

competition; and (iv) your entry does not infringe upon any third party’s rights,

including but not limited to, copyright, patent or trademarks/trade names/logos, or

rights of privacy or publicity. Photos must not include any identifiable persons

without their permission. By entering, you grant to Sponsor a non-exclusive,

worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, publish, promote, republish at any time in

the future and otherwise use your submission, along with your name and

likeness, in any and all media for any purpose, without further permission, notice

or compensation (except where prohibited by law). By participating in the

Contest, you agree to release Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates,

subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability,

claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to

persons and property which may be sustained in coection with the receipt,

ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible

for technical, hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems which

may occur in coection with the Contest, whether computer, network, technical,

mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without

limitation, errors or problems which may occur in coection with the

administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of entries, the

aouncement of the prizes, in any Contest-related materials, or that may limit

prize fulfillment or a participant's ability to enter the Contest. Sponsor reserves

the right to amend these official rules and to disqualify permanently from the

Contest any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules. By

entering, participants agree that all issues and questions conceing the

construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules,

entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in

coection with the Contest, will be goveed by, and construed in accordance

with, the laws of the State of [JURISDICTION], without giving effect to any choice

of law or conflict of law rules. Participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes,

claims, and causes of action arising out of or in coection with this Contest, or

any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of

class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal and/or state

courts in [JURISDICTION]; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall

be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with

entering this Contest, but in no event attoeys' fees; and (3) under no

circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants

hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damage,

and any other damages, other than for actual out-of- pocket expenses, and any

and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased

PRIVACY: By entering, you agree that the information you provide may be sent

to promotional partners of the Sponsor. You may be contacted by the Sponsor

and/or promotional partners with future promotional offers. Information provided

by you to participate in this Contest is subject to the privacy policies of the

Sponsor.
